I started Roguewood Renovation in 2017 when I partnered with an investment company to remodel and flip homes throughout the Portland Metro. From there, I continued growing my business by partnering with other contractors to work as a team, doing everything from simple home repairs to constructing multi-unit apartment complexes. Some of the most complicated projects I have been a part of include building a two-car garage beneath an already existing and occupied building, and constructing a brand new four-story apartment building from the ground up.

 

   Today I have a number of happy clients for whom I've built kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, and ADU's, as well as a network of skilled and talented business partners I have worked with for years. In 2021 I began partnering with several property management companies as a vendor, providing maintenance, remodeling, and repair services across Portland.
