Complete Kitchen Remodel, 2018

This kitchen was originally turquoise blue and hadn't been updated since the 60's. We tore out a wall, replaced the cabinets, appliances, installed efficient windows, and covered the ugly blue walls in a beautiful and eye catching fishbone tile pattern.

Complete Kitchen Remodel, 2019

Everything in this kitchen was gutted, yet by picking the right design we modernized this kitchen while keeping the classic Portland esthetic.

Apartment Complex SE 18th and Main, 2018-2019

One of the most complex, challenging, and fun projects we have worked on. This was a single story multifamily home that was converted into a two story apartment complex complete with underground parking, outdoor balconies, skylights, and dedicated bike racks. We drove a dumptruck for two weeks straight excavating out underneath the existing building while tenants still lived inside!

Addition, 2019

For this two story addition we began by demolishing a huge wrap-around deck and the backside of the home. We poured a massive new foundation, built a new rooftop deck, relocated the existing shed, created a beautiful European-style kitchen, installed Santorini tiles for flooring, and finished it off with new beautiful siding.

Natural Stone Patio and Cascading Stairs, 2020

Using natural stones we created this cascading stairway to a secluded front yard patio that we meticulously pieced together one stone at a time like a jigsaw puzzle. The results were eye catching to the point all the neighbors had to come up and check it out as they walked by.

New Master Suite, 2018

This Bedroom had a very low ceiling with ugly textured walls and a very dated half bath. Opening up the ceiling into the attic to expose some beams made the space feel much bigger and brighter.

New Finished Basement, 2021

This project started off as a seismic retrofit in an unfinished basement that evolved into removing the basement furnace, and then to the creation of an entire basement ADU with two bedrooms, an egress window, a complete full kitchen and bath, and a laundry nook.
